When really Rome, a nation who understood loyalty to government, and disgusted by a nation what would kill their own king, utterly turned on them and destroyed them. Yet today, 'new Israel' thinks she can concrete the success of her cause through similar worldly allegiances. Embracing Mammon as her king, she demotes her ancient spiritual heritage to the place of least importance. And again, the world is disgusted at our whoredoms.
