Ask just about any Christian these days what the gospel is and the response will more than likely be along the lines of “Jesus died and rose so you can be forgiven and saved from sin and death”. While this is a great truth… and gospel indeed, it is only one aspect of the gospel.

The gospel of humanism

As wonderful as it is, the gospel truth that Jesus can save people from sin and death is not the whole gospel. It is an integral part of the gospel but it is not the full picture.

I’d like to introduce you to a new website I am launching http://www.livingthekingdom.com.

I won’t explain much here because I’d appreciate it if you have time to look around the site (and give feedback) and see if it is clear to understand, what it’s for etc.

www.livingthekingdom.com will not be as broad as www.christisall.org. It will be more specific in it’s direction to help people who have, are, or will leave institutional Christian religion in pursuit of Christ’s Kingdom and biblical community. It will also have shorter and easier content aimed at all levels of biblical knowledge and Christian maturity. I will continue to post teaching material on www.christisall.org.
