THE END IS ‘not’ NEAR
Thursday, June 16th, 2011
There are many out there who exploit hyped-up ’end times’ theology to build their “ministry”. Others are just miss-led and perhaps have never heard a biblically-sound interpretation of the many passages that fall into the category called ‘eschatology’- or simply put ‘end times theology’.
This 25 minute video by Brett Jacobsen takes a brief biblical look at the end according to what the scriptures say.

The Gospel of the Kingdom
Tuesday, February 22nd, 2011
by
Brett Jacobsen
Ask just about any Christian these days what the gospel is and the response will more than likely be along the lines of “Jesus died and rose so you can be forgiven and saved from sin and death”. While this is a great truth… and gospel indeed, it is only one aspect of the gospel.
The gospel of humanism
As wonderful as it is, the gospel truth that Jesus can save people from sin and death is not the whole gospel. It is an integral part of the gospel but it is not the full picture.
An ‘Appointed Time’ for the Body of Christ
Wednesday, December 15th, 2010A WORD TO THE GLOBAL CHURCH FOR 2011
by David Orton
You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times (kairos). Mt 16:3
You will arise and have compassion on Zion, for it is time to show favour to her; the appointed time has come. Ps 102:13
Not all moments of history are equal. Some are hinges on which a quantum increase of the kingdom swings. We are currently in one of these.
If we fail to discern accurately what God is doing in this moment much will be lost to this generation. It is imperative for us to understand the times, like the sons of Isaachar, that we might know what to do (1 Chr 12:32).
